My services in detail:

  • Tour operators: Consulting, support and acquisition of tour operator partners (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, optional Scandinavia and other countries) on behalf of the client. This includes personal visits, trainings for the reservation teams as well as the implementation of sales promotion activities including budgeting and control.

  • Travel agencies: Regular sales calls including product trainings on individual basis or as group training in cooperation with partners such as tourist boards or airlines. Contact person for special client needs and questions. Dispatch of information material. Organisation and escort of famtrips.

  • Group segment: Regular phone calls, mailings and sales calls with relevant group travel agencies, agencies in the MICE segment and interested corporate enterprises.

  • Golf segment: Participation in fairs and promotion events (for example golf tournaments).

  • Customers: Cross marketing activities with tour operators and companies outside of the tourism segment (for example fairs, charity events).

  • Various: Market research, competitor analysis, annual and monthly reports, database development
